Anti Stripping Agent Bonding and wetting of Zycosoil to Asphalt
Treating Potholes and Cracks. Refractive cracking in composite pavements where cracking is observed can be prevented by use of the Zycosoil technology and to protect the sub base.
Zycosoil reacts with aggregates and acts as a bonding agent to the asphalt binder. The technology offers 35-45 % higher compressive strength and incresed flexibility in asphaltic pavements with similar binder content. The Zycosoil nanotechnology offers: Minimum loss of compressive strength and flexibility of asphalt concrete under wet conditions Stripping and hydraulic scouring due to bond failure of asphalt binder with aggregates under wet conditions.
